Job summary

Hilton in Malaysia is seeking a Banquet Supervisor / Team Leader to oversee the setup and execution of all banquet events, ensuring guests have a seamless and memorable experience from start to finish.

You will lead banquet teams, plan and coordinate event operations, uphold service excellence, and quickly solve issues, while collaborating with other departments to ensure flawless events and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of banquet operations or supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven customer service excellence and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with event planning and food presentation standards.
