Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Room Team Leader within its housekeeping team. You will ensure guest rooms are spotless, manage linens and amenities, and coordinate supplies to meet premium hospitality standards. Strong attention to detail and guest-focused service are essential to deliver memorable stays.

The role requires at least 1 year in housekeeping, physical stamina for long shifts, and ability to work weekends and holidays. English proficiency is expected, with extra languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep guest rooms spotless: make beds, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, deep clean as needed.
• Replenish linens and amenities: replace bed linens, towels, guest essentials.
• Manage supplies: stock and transport housekeeping cart daily.
• Delight our guests: respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Manage waste disposal: dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Housekeeping department
• Prior housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred, especially in hospitality.
• Ability to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks (e.g., lifting, bending, standing for long periods).
• Courteous and professional when interacting with guests.
• Efficient in completing tasks within set timeframes.
• Works well with housekeeping and other hotel departments
• Available to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Keep guest rooms spotless: Clean and tidy assigned rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep cleaning tasks as needed
• Replenish linens and amenities: Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as needed
• Manage supplies: Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily
• Delight our guests: Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
• Manage waste disposal: Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas
