Job summary

RHB Group is seeking a Sales professional in Sarawak to solicit and promote ASB products, achieve personal targets, and execute proactive sales plans. You will engage prospective customers, set appointments, and call on new-to-bank clients while cross-selling PF, PF-i, and credit cards.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, maintaining compliance with bank policies, and contributing to overall sales centre operations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in sales and customer service related fields.
• Have the relevant licenses for the portfolio.
• Highly motivated, winning attitude, success driven, self-initiated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable with engaging people, prefers doing sales and take personal responsibility on delivering results.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and promote sales of ASB products.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards group targets.
• Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plans for prospective customers using internal marketing and self-generated leads.
• Set appointments and carry-out sales calls; engage with new to bank customers.
• Cross-sell of other retail banking products such as PF, PF-i, Credit cards, etc.
• Ensure high standard of customer experience in line with Bank standards.
• Ensure compliance to Bank policies and procedures and protect the Bank's image.
• Maintain the physical sales centre in line with quality standards.
