Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Malaysia is seeking a results-driven Sales Officer to promote PF-i products, meet personal targets and contribute to group goals. You will develop proactive sales plans, use internal marketing and your own leads to reach prospective customers.

The role requires setting appointments, conducting calls, engaging new-to-bank customers, and cross-selling retail banking products like ASB, credit cards and deposits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in related field(s).
• 1 year of experience in sales and customer service related field.
• Have the relevant licenses for the portfolio.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and service orientation.
• Demonstrate initiative and perseverance in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and promote sales of PF-i products.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards group targets.
• Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plans for prospective customers using internal marketing and self-generated leads.
• Set appointments and carry-out sales calls, prospecting and early engagement with new to bank customers.
• Cross-sell of other retail banking products such as ASB, Credit Cards, Deposit, etc.
• Ensure high standard of customer experience in line with the Bank's quality and standards.
