Accenture Malaysia is seeking a Data & Finance Support Engineer (Level 2) in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on providing application and production support for banking finance, ETL, data warehouse, and reporting environments, with emphasis on Informatica ETL, batch processing, and data flows.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Unix/Linux, SQL databases, Informatica, Shell scripting and Control-M experience, with familiarity in GL, MAS, GST and regulatory reporting.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years in application development or production/support, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux, SQL databases, Informatica ETL.
• Familiar with Control-M or similar batch schedulers.
• Knowledge of GL, MAS, GST, regulatory reporting and BI/data warehouse processes is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 2 application and production support for banking, ETL, data warehouse and reporting applications.
• Monitor and troubleshoot batch jobs, ETL workflows, data processing and production incidents.
• Conduct incident investigation, root-cause analysis and problem resolution within SLAs.
• Support Informatica ETL workflows and troubleshoot data extraction, transformation and loading issues.
• Perform database queries, data validation, reconciliation and troubleshooting using Oracle, MS SQL and MySQL.
• Manage and troubleshoot batch scheduling with Control-M.
• Develop Shell scripts for automation and monitoring.
• Collaborate across Unix/Linux and Windows environments to resolve issues.
• Support GL, MAS, GST, regulatory reporting and business intelligence processes.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, vendor and business teams to resolve production issues.
• Support deployment, release and change-management activities; prepare incident reports and knowledge-base articles.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call production support.
