Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Business, Finance, Banking or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; relevant banking experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented with good service mindset.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and integrity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Deliver frontline banking services and support in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide efficient and courteous frontline service to customers in accordance with SLAs.
• Attend to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and per escalation procedures.
• Promote and cross-sell Deposit, Investment, Bancassurance and Banca Takaful products.
• Contribute to branch deposit growth through new account solicitations.
• Perform daily branch operations following internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accurate cash handling including Mid-Day and End-of-Day balancing.
• Handle voucher bundling, report printing, document filing and DIS submissions.
• Comply with regulatory requirements including FSA, iFSA, PDPA, AMLA, PCT, FEA, FATCA and CRS.
• Assist in resolving audit findings within timelines.
• Support back-office functions and monthly reporting.
