Job summary

AFFIN Group in Malaysia seeks a Diploma holder to provide frontline customer service at the branch, handle cash, and support deposit growth and cross-selling of deposits, investments, and bancassurance products.

You will perform back office tasks, ensure accurate cash balancing, and comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining good rapport with customers.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder in any relevant field.
• Ability to handle daily branch activities and customer inquiries.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as FSA, AMLA, PDPA, FATCA and CRS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline service to customers and support deposits and cross-selling.
• Perform cash handling and ensure end-of-day balancing.
• Assist in branch operations and back-office tasks.
