Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Customer Service Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of contact centre experience preferred.
• Good employment record (not a job hopper/non-performer/terminated for disciplinary issues).
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
• Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-oriented with good listening skills and computer literate.
• Candidate must be able to attend the interview and start immediately if shortlisted.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Fully vaccinated with Covid-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from customers and assist them with inquiries on products and services.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Maintain the accuracy of data and verify information for customer services.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
• Keep records of all conversations in the call center database.
• Attend training to improve knowledge and performance level.
