Job summary

AmBank in Malaysia is seeking a dynamic sales-focused professional to deliver bancassurance targets and service customers within policy guidelines. You will build and maintain relationships, cross-sell Life Insurance products, and participate in branch initiatives.

A diploma or higher and 1–2 years of financial-institution sales experience are required; CEILLI/TBE qualifications are a plus. You should enjoy talking to people, be a team player, self-motivated, and capable of working independently

Responsibilities

• Delivers sales target for bancassurance products.
• Executes sales and services to customers in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Builds and maintains relationships with existing and new customers for retention and cross-selling.
• Attends customers' enquiries on branch products and services and feedback.
• Participates and organises initiatives to promote Life Insurance products distributed by the Bank.
