Hatch by Allianz Malaysia is a full-time sales program designed to develop professional insurance advisers. You will work with company-provided warm leads, self-prospecting, and referrals to meet clear sales targets while building meaningful client relationships.

The program offers structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, digital tools, and a defined career pathway within Allianz’s tied agency framework.

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree qualification.
• 1–3 years sales experience preferred; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong relationship-building, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
• Familiar with the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT for tasks simplification.
• Possess a valid driving licence, own transportation and willing to travel.
• Able to work flexible hours when required to meet customer needs.
• Must have a PCIL certification.
