Job summary

Allianz Malaysia Berhad invites sales professionals to join the Hatch by Allianz program in Penang. You will engage customers, nurture relationships, and drive sales toward clear targets, supported by company-provided warm leads and referrals.

The role offers a fixed monthly salary between RM4,100 and RM8,000, plus quarterly and year-end bonuses up to 11 months, as well as EPF, SOCSO, annual leave and medical coverage. A PCIL certification is required to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years sales experience preferred. Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
• Strong relationship-building, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT for tasks simplification
• Must have a PCIL certification

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer relationships and partnerships.
• Drive sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Prospect, qualify and convert leads using company-provided warm leads and referrals.
