Job summary

FFM Grains & Mills Sdn Bhd in Pasir Gudang, Johor, is seeking a dedicated bakery QA and R&D assistant to support routine baking, testing, and flour additive management.

You will maintain clean storage areas, assist with product development, and execute tasks from QA Manager and Sr. Chemist to ensure product quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine baking, noodle and pau testing
• Perform competitor's and complaints baking, noodle and pau testing
• Manage flour additive inventory control
• Maintain cleanliness of bakery and flour additives storage rooms
• Carry out R&D work
• Prepare bread improver
• Carry out any task as assigned by Quality Assurance Manager and Sr. Chemist

Job description

This role involves performing routine and competitor baking, noodle and pau testing, as well as managing flour additive inventory control. You will maintain cleanliness of bakery and flour additives storage rooms, carry out R&D work, and prepare bread improver.
