You will monitor HACCP/GMP compliance, maintain clean and safe production areas, and report on production performance and issues to management. Relevant experience in bakery production is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor daily bakery production activities to meet production targets.
• Ensure schedules are followed and output meets requirements.
• Monitor processes for efficiency and minimise downtime.
• Identify and resolve production issues to keep operations smooth.
• Supervise and manage staff, assign duties and ensure tasks are completed.
