The ideal candidate has 5+ years in bakery and at least 3 years in team leadership, with hands-on ability to optimise workflow, control wastage, and coordinate equipment like tunnel ovens, rotary racks and proofing cabinets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bakery industry experience.
• 3+ years of production team management experience.
• Able to lead a production team of 10+ people.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production SOPs to ensure consistent quality.
• Create daily and weekly production plans and respond to demand.
• Monitor wastage and optimize production flow and staffing.
