Job summary

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Food Processing Operator to join our production team. You will be involved in operating machinery, preparing ingredients, and ensuring consistent quality of bakery and pastry products.

You will record and update daily production data, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and follow company procedures. A minimum of SPM or equivalent is required, with bakery/pastry experience preferred. Overtime and own transport are expected for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in food manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Knowledge or experience in bakery/pastry is preferred.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work in a team.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Possess own transport.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor food processing machinery to ensure smooth production.
• Prepare raw materials according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain consistent product quality and hygiene standards.
• Record and update daily production data accurately.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the work area at all times.
