Job summary

Verona Bake (M) Sdn Bhd in Selangor invites a creative Marketing Manager to lead the bakery brand marketing. You will develop integrated strategies to strengthen brand awareness, drive traffic, increase sales, and support the overall business growth by collaborating with Management, Operations, Bakery/Product Development and Design teams.

This role covers digital and social media marketing, campaigns, product launches, local store promotions, events and partnerships, with a strong focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in marketing with leadership experience.
• Experience in F&B, bakery, retail, or consumer brands is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated annual and monthly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Strengthen brand awareness, drive customer traffic, and increase sales.
• Coordinate campaigns across Digital, Brand, and Retail teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Manage social media strategy across platforms and monitor performance.
• Plan events, promotions, and product launches to support growth.
• Lead partnerships and collaborations with brands, cafes, and vendors.
