Job summary

VERONA BAKE (M) SDN BHD is seeking a passionate Graphic Designer to bring our bakery brand to life across digital and print platforms. You will create visuals that align with our brand identity and story, from menus to packaging.

As part of the marketing team, you will develop content for social media, emails, and online ads, while ensuring consistency in color, typography, and imagery. Some motion graphics support may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant design experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or lifestyle brands.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Canva or other design tools is a plus.
• Strong visual and layout skills with attention to typography, color, and detail.
• Basic photography or video editing skills are a bonus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Passionate about branding, food, and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Design creative visuals for promotional posters, menus, product labels, packaging, stickers, loyalty cards, and event signage.
• Develop engaging content for social media, newsletters, online ads, and the company website.
• Collaborate with marketing to brainstorm concepts and translate ideas into visual storytelling.
• Maintain brand consistency by following guidelines for color, fonts, imagery, and tone.
• Edit and retouch product photos for marketing, social media, and e-commerce.
• Create templates and reusable design assets to support campaigns.
• Provide input during photoshoots including styling and on-set direction.
• Produce layout designs for brochures, flyers, banners, and in-store materials.
• Coordinate with printers to ensure print-ready outputs.
• Update materials for seasonal campaigns, signage, and menus.
• Stay updated on design trends in food, lifestyle, and retail.
• Assist with motion graphics or video content for digital ads and social media.
