Lumileds Malaysia is seeking a Backend Process Engineer (TnR / PnP) to develop and sustain tape and reel and backend processes. Fresh grads are welcomed, with a focus on improving yield, quality and process capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or a related technical field.
• 1–3 years of backend/process experience preferred.
• Familiar with Tape and reel and semiconductor adhesives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Sustain Tape and Reel and Backend processes.
• Own quality, yield, cost, and process capability KPIs.
• Conduct DoE studies to optimize cost and quality.
• Develop and optimize processes for reliability.
• Train operations team and transfer processes.
• Develop equipment and material specs for TnP/PnP.
• Lead CIP projects for cost reduction and capacity expansion.
• Maintain documentation and PFMEA/control plans.
