Manulife John Hancock in Malaysia seeks a software developer to provide production support and develop applications based on user requirements, delivering tasks on time with quality. Responsibilities include developing applications, conducting unit testing for SIT/UAT, assisting in testing, helping design and document systems, and providing post-go-live support for in-house built applications.

Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's in CS/CE/IT, 1-3 years in software development, and experience

Competenze

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
1-3 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a solid foundation in application development, troubleshooting, and delivering high-quality solutions.
Experience in AS/400 development, including RPG, RPGLE, CL, and CLLE programming.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with users, stakeholders, and team members through both verbal and written communication.

Mansioni

Develop applications and supporting components to meet business needs.
Conduct unit testing on applications to ensure its readiness for SIT / UAT.
Assist on functional and non-functional testing of applications.
Assist Senior team member on system design and documentation.
Provide effective post go-live system support and maintenance for in-house build application systems.
