Job summary

Manulife John Hancock in Malaysia seeks a software developer to provide production support and develop applications based on user requirements, delivering tasks on time with quality. Responsibilities include developing applications, conducting unit testing for SIT/UAT, assisting in testing, helping design and document systems, and providing post-go-live support for in-house built applications.

Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's in CS/CE/IT, 1-3 years in software development, and experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a solid foundation in application development, troubleshooting, and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Experience in AS/400 development, including RPG, RPGLE, CL, and CLLE programming.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with users, stakeholders, and team members through both verbal and written communication.
