Job description

Backend Development

Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications and APIs using modern backend technologies.

Translate technical requirements into clean, efficient, and well-structured code.

Ensure reliability, performance, and scalability in system design and implementation.

Database Management

Design and manage databases, writing optimized queries and stored procedures.

Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across platforms.

System Integration & Collaboration

Work closely with frontend developers to integrate APIs smoothly and ensure great user experiences.

Collaborate with product and marketing teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional features.

Code Quality & Version Control

Maintain organized, well-documented, and reusable code.

Use Gits for code management, reviews, and collaboration.

Continuous Improvement

Participate in testing and debugging to maintain code quality.

Suggest and implement improvements that enhance system performance or developer productivity.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of backend development experience.

Experience with RESTful APIs.

Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.

Familiar with Git version control.

Understanding of software development lifecycle and backend architecture.

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

Must be able to communicate with clients in Chinese.

Experience dealing directly with customers.
