Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd is seeking a Marketing Executive to join its Malaysia office. You will research potential collaborations, plan campaign timelines, develop USPs, and coordinate with partners and internal teams to ensure successful campaigns.

The role requires at least 1–2 years of experience, a marketing-related degree, and strong writing/communication skills. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and multiple employee benefits are provided as part of the package.

Responsibilities

• Research potential business collaborations and prepare partnership proposals and presentations.
• Plan and update campaign timelines, briefs, event flows, mechanics, and terms and conditions.
• Develop campaign USPs and ensure consistent communication across marketing materials and partner channels.
• Coordinate partnership activities, signing ceremonies, and product briefings with relevant teams and partners.
• Maintain the department’s master USP table and campaign records.
• Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners and collaboration stakeholders.
• Prepare post-campaign reports and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the creative, digital marketing, events, and operations teams to support smooth campaign execution.
• Follow departmental SOPs, maintain proper documentation, and provide regular progress updates to the reporting manager.
