Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese and Malay is a plus
• Familiar with social media platforms, SEO basics, and digital marketing tools
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
• Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms
• Support the development of content strategies aligned with seasonal goals and brand direction
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Grow and manage our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Create engaging captions and short-form copy to drive traffic and interest
• Stay on top of trends and adapt strategies to boost reach and engagement
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using digital analytics tools
• Track KPIs, online traffic, and conversions across channels
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
• Ensure consistent brand voice across all touchpoints
• Contribute to messaging for new tours, promotions, and partnerships
• Support PR efforts and media outreach when needed
• Work closely with design, sales, and operations teams
• Contribute ideas in creative brainstorming sessions
• Help coordinate events, influencer collaborations, and media campaigns
