Job summary

TBB Trading (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Fleet and Truck Tyre Sales Leader to drive sales strategy, grow fleet accounts and lead a sales team across tyres and lubricants.

The role requires 5+ years in tyre or automotive sales, a strong fleet operator network, and Mandarin proficiency to engage Mandarin-speaking clients. You will manage key accounts, set strategic plans, and collaborate with Operations, Logistics and Finance to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in tyre/automotive sectors.
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive or related field.
• Strong sales, negotiation and key account management skills.
• Mandarin proficiency is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Excellent communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Must possess a valid driving licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for fleet and truck tyre segments.
• Identify new business opportunities with fleet operators and transporters.
• Build and maintain relationships with key fleet and commercial accounts.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet sales and profit targets.
• Conduct product presentations and tyre briefings to customers.
• Promote truck, bus and fleet tyres and related automotive products.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with key customers.
• Monitor orders, collections and delivery status; provide market feedback.
