Job summary

World Hub Global Carrier Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Development Executive (Telecommunications / VoIP) in Malaysia. You will drive sales and business development for Malaysia and international DID numbers, identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and converting them into customers.

The role requires proactive prospecting, independent opportunity generation, and end-to-end sales management from prospecting to closing.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or business development.
Experience in B2B sales and outbound prospecting.
Strong ability to identify target accounts and decision-makers.
Good command of English; Bahasa Malaysia or other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

Identify and research potential customers in Malaysia and international markets for DID numbers and telecom services.
Build and maintain an organized target company database and contact details.
Import accurate contact lists into the CRM and update records.
Conduct outbound outreach via email, calls, and video meetings.
Qualify prospects and tailor solutions to their requirements.
Present and explain telecom offerings to prospective customers.
Manage follow-ups, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
Respond promptly to incoming inquiries with professional communication.
Maintain up-to-date sales activities and opportunity stages in CRM.
Work toward sales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives.
Build long-term relationships with customers and partners.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity in telecom/VoIP.
