Job summary

Gallius Shared Services OPC. is seeking a Product Owner for the Transaction Lifecycle domain to spearhead product innovation and end-to-end process improvements. This role collaborates with business users, operations, finance, risk and engineering to translate workflows into scalable product solutions.

You will define requirements, monitor performance, and drive the roadmap to enhance validation, processing, reconciliation and reporting while maintaining speed and accuracy across the platform.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Product Manager and lead innovation for the Transaction Lifecycle domain.
• Drive and execute the product vision and roadmap for the domain.
• Define capabilities for end-to-end transaction processes such as validation, processing, adjustments, cancellations, reconciliation and reporting.
• Collaborate with business users, operations, finance, risk and other teams to map end-to-end workflows.
• Improve user experience, accuracy, and processing speed through data analysis and automation.
• Establish and track product success metrics and keep stakeholders informed on progress and risks.
• Ensure the domain remains scalable, reliable, configurable and efficient.

Responsibilities

You report directly to the Product Manager. You spearhead product innovation and continuous improvement for a Transaction Lifecycle domain. You help drive and execute the business product vision and roadmap for the domain.

You are responsible for capabilities that support the end-to-end transaction process, including:

• Transaction validation and acceptance
• Processing and completion
• Adjustments and corrections
• Cancellation and reversal
• Reconciliation
• Reporting
• Account and wallet management

You work closely with business users, operations, finance, risk, and other functional teams to understand end-to-end workflows and customer expectations, and translate business requirements into scalable product solutions. You continuously improve the end-to-end user experience, accuracy, and processing speed through data analysis, business rules, system limitations, scalable reporting, workflow optimization, automation, and platform capabilities. You define business requirements and collaborate with UI/UX Designers, Business Analysts, Engineers, QA, and Operations teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle. You identify business-user pain points and propose innovative solutions that improve workflows, productivity, and operational efficiency. You ensure the domain remains scalable, reliable, configurable, and efficient, while balancing accuracy, speed, system performance, and operational requirements. You establish and track product success metrics to measure processing accuracy, transaction speed, operational efficiency, feature adoption, and platform performance. You keep senior stakeholders informed of roadmap progress, project status, risks, dependencies, and product performance. You review and uphold the quality of product requirements, functional specifications, and delivered solutions.
