Job summary

Soft Space is seeking a Product Operations professional to support the Product Development team by governing processes, dashboards and documentation to improve efficiency and delivery.

Working with Product Managers, Engineering and other teams, you will track initiatives, automate repetitive tasks and maintain accurate product records and reports to enable effective delivery and governance across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Product Operations or related roles.
• Experience supporting product development, technology or software delivery teams.
• Good understanding of product development lifecycles, Agile methodologies and operational processes.
• Experience coordinating multiple initiatives, stakeholders, priorities and dependencies.
• Experience managing documentation, workflows, trackers, reporting or process improvements.
• Ability to organise complex information into clear processes, reports and actionable follow-ups.
• Strong analytical, organisational, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, ownership and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Development governance by maintaining standard processes, workflows, templates and operating procedures.
• Coordinate product planning, roadmap reviews, prioritisation discussions and governance activities.
• Track product initiatives, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks and priorities across product teams.
• Support Product Managers in maintaining structured requirements, product documentation and prioritisation records.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers and management reports to provide visibility into product progress and operational performance.
• Maintain product documentation, knowledge repositories and standards to ensure information is accurate, accessible and up to date.
• Manage and improve product management tools such as Jira, Confluence and other collaboration platforms.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Business, Operations and other stakeholders to track actions, resolve blockers and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements in product governance, reporting and ways of working.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, PMO or related roles.
• Experience supporting product development, technology or software delivery teams.
• Good understanding of product development lifecycles, Agile methodologies and operational processes.
• Experience coordinating multiple initiatives, stakeholders, priorities and dependencies.
• Experience managing documentation, workflows, trackers, reporting or process improvements.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, financial services or technology platforms.
• Experience supporting product governance, portfolio management or roadmap coordination.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery, Notion or similar tools.
• Experience building dashboards, management reports or portfolio tracking.
• Exposure to workflow automation, AI tools or low-code/no-code platforms.
• Knowledge of payment ecosystems, including merchant acquiring, issuing, digital wallets or DuitNow.
