SBS DIGITAL HOLDINGS SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an entry-level Sales Associate to learn hands-on B2B outreach. You will qualify leads, conduct outbound calls and emails, and book appointments for the Sales Team using provided scripts and CRM guidance.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates should have a diploma or degree, be fluent in English, and welcome Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin as an advantage; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any relevant field.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with CRM, customer service, telesales or lead generation experience.
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and speaking to new people.
• Proficiency in English; Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are an added advantage.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential B2B clients.
• Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and messages.
• Engage prospects and set appointments for the Sales Team.
• Update and maintain records in CRM systems.
• Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments.
