Job summary

Falcon Safe Malaysia is hiring a full-time on-site Business Development Manager in Kapar to identify opportunities, build relationships with clients and partners, and expand Falcon Safe’s presence domestically and internationally. Qualifications

Business development and sales skills including lead generation and pipeline management.
Strategic planning and market analysis with growth opportunity focus.
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Cross-functional collaboration with operations, product and marketing.
B2B sales experience in security products or manufacturing preferred.
On-site availability in Kapar; travel for meetings as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field; equivalent experience.
