Dahua Technology Malaysia is hiring a Business Development Manager in Malaysia to drive product sales and market growth. This full-time role focuses on market analysis, identifying key customer segments, and managing a robust customer and partner network.

You will build strategies to expand business with government, enterprise and channel partners, while overseeing opportunity tracking and pipeline management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology / Marketing related major.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with channel partners.
• Experience in channel sales or business development in technology/security is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis and develop insights to identify target customer segments.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers, manage opportunity tracking and drive order closures.
• Own and manage the customer pipeline and conduct training management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with government, enterprise and channel partners, delivering training and enablement.
• Maintain customer mapping, analyze competitive landscapes and execute displacement strategies.
