Job summary

Eco Interiors International Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive B2B opportunities in interior design, build partnerships, and grow key accounts in Malaysia. The role involves visiting clients, delivering product demonstrations, and promoting Sunpina AI 3D Design + Carpentry solutions to expand the customer base.

You will recruit and onboard new Business Partners, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain an active sales pipeline to ensure revenue targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new B2B business opportunities with Interior Design firms, renovation contractors, carpentry businesses, property-related businesses and other potential Business Partners.
• Conduct regular physical visits, business meetings, presentations and product demonstrations to generate new business opportunities.
• Introduce and promote company products, services and Sunpina AI 3D Design + Carpentry Solution to potential customers and Business Partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and business stakeholders.
• Explore new business channels, market segments and partnership opportunities to expand company customer base.
• Identify, approach and recruit suitable new Business Partners to expand company’s business network.
• Lead the onboarding and activation of newly recruited Business Partners.
• Introduce Business Partners to the company’s products, services and processes and business solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing Business Partners to generate continuous project opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to increase Business Partner engagement, sales contribution and repeat orders.
• Develop existing customer and Business Partner accounts to increase sales contribution and generate repeat business.
• Maintain regular communication and engagement with key accounts.
• Understand customers’ business needs and identify opportunities for additional products, services and projects.
• Build long-term business relationships that support sustainable revenue growth.
• Maintain an accurate and active sales pipeline covering prospects, Business Partners, projects, quotations and potential orders.
• Monitor and manage the progress of opportunities to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
• Provide regular sales pipeline updates, activity reports and business development progress to management.
• Track market activities, customer requirements and competitor developments to identify potential business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales revenue, Business Partner activation and sales conversion targets.
