Job summary

SEEK in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a B2B Marketing Manager (Acquisition) to lead branding, digital engagement, partnerships, and market development with a primary focus on acquiring new customers. Reporting to the Country Head of Marketing, you’ll own the end-to-end execution of regional acquisition programs.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth, manage campaigns, and optimize search and content marketing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years with proven track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
End-to-end brand/category management with P&L responsibility is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive customer acquisition marketing strategy based on deep insights into the business, customers, competitors, and the marketing funnel.
Analyze business data to identify growth opportunities and create marketing initiatives to drive incremental growth in new customers.
Implement coordinated acquisition, lead generation, product usage, and retention programs based on a regional framework.
Lead key marketing campaigns to strengthen the hirer brand and optimize digital marketing strategies for search and content marketing.
Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of marketing strategies and achievement of marketing objectives.
