Job summary

La Decoller is seeking experienced B1/B2 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers for line and base maintenance operations with leading MRO organisations in Malaysia.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience, current or licenced eligibility for HKCAD conversion, and hands-on experience across multiple aircraft types. Opportunity for international mobility and career growth is highlighted.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience.
• Valid EASA / CASA / DCAM / CAAS / CAAC / DGCA licence eligible for HKCAD conversion.
• Relevant aircraft type rating and hands‑on experience.
• Strong line maintenance, troubleshooting and defect rectification experience.
• Minimum 1+ year of certifying experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance
• Troubleshoot and rectify aircraft defects
• Carry out maintenance certification within authorised scope
• Ensure compliance with technical, safety and regulatory requirements
• Support line/base maintenance and aircraft operational readiness
