Job summary

Resource Group in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking an experienced B1 Licensed Engineer with a Falcon 8X Type Rating to join a major Base Maintenance project supporting C-Check activities on Falcon 8X.

The ideal candidate holds an EASA Part-66 B1 licence, Falcon 8X PW307D type rating, with hands-on recent experience and strong English communication, and is available for a 3-month assignment starting September 2026.

Qualifications

• Valid EASA Part-66 B1 licence holder.
• Valid Falcon 8X Type Rating (PW307D) required.
• Recent hands-on Falcon 8X maintenance experience.
• Proven base maintenance and C-Check exposure.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Falcon 8X.
• Carry out inspections, troubleshooting, defect rectification and functional testing.
• Support C-Check activities in Base Maintenance environment.
• Certify maintenance tasks under B1 licence and company authorisations.
• Ensure all maintenance documentation complies with regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to safety, quality and airworthiness standards.
• Collaborate with other engineering departments to meet schedules.

Resource Group is currently seeking an experienced B1 Licensed Engineer with a valid Falcon 8X Type Rating to join a major Base Maintenance project in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This assignment offers the opportunity to work within a highly professional maintenance environment, supporting scheduled C-Check activities on the Falcon 8X fleet.

Requirements

• Valid EASA Part-66 B1 Licence
• Valid Falcon 8X Type Rating (PW307D engine) required.
• Recent hands-on experience on Falcon 8X aircraft
• Proven Base Maintenance experience
• Previous C-Check experience is highly desirable
• High level of English required

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on Falcon 8X aircraft in accordance with approved maintenance data and company procedures.
• Carry out inspections, troubleshooting, defect rectification and functional testing of aircraft systems.
• Support C-Check and other heavy maintenance activities within a Base Maintenance environment.
• Certify maintenance tasks within the scope of the EASA Part-66 B1 Licence and company authorisations.
• Ensure all maintenance documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to all safety, quality and airworthiness standards.
• Work closely with other engineering departments to ensure maintenance activities are completed efficiently and on schedule.
