Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an on-site Service and Application Engineer in Shah Alam. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 1–2 years of related experience. You will support calibration, installation, testing, and on-site repairs, while coordinating with the sales team and maintaining ISO 17025 documentation.

Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, teamwork, and a proactive attitude are essential. Own transport and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
• 1–2 years related experience is advantageous.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct calibration and maintenance activities on site and in laboratory.
• Perform after sales service, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Carry out site work, troubleshooting, and on-site repairs.
• Handle ISO 17025 documentation.
• Support sales with technical clarification, service reports and quotations.
• Provide timely external and internal professional reports.
• Assist supervisor with assigned tasks.

J - Service - Application Engineer (5 days | Sites | Own transport)

Service And Application Engineer
RM 2,800 – RM 3,300 per month
Location : Shah Alam Office

Responsibility

• Conduct calibration and maintenance activities on site and in laboratory.
• Perform after sales service, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Carry out ad-hoc work especially site work, work at height, trouble shooting, perform corrective action and complete on site repair.
• Handle ISO 17025 accredited documentation.
• Support sales team in providing technical clarification, service report and quotation.
• Provide timely and accurate external and internal professional report.
• To assist in task assigned by supervisor.

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Chemical / Microelectronics)
• 1 to 2 years related of working experience in related field will be an advantage.
• Self- motivated and proactive.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Team player and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Possess own transport ,willing to travel
• Having knowledge of ISO 17025 is an advantage.
• Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
