Job summary

United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd is seeking an AVP, Talent Partner to lead end-to-end mass recruitment activities from Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on screening, interviewing, scheduling and offers, delivering timely updates to hiring managers while adhering to governance standards.

You will contribute to recruitment projects and events to support UOB's talent attraction goals in a high-volume banking environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in-house or agency or banking environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to assess candidate suitability through structured screening and competency-based conversations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end mass recruitment activities for high-volume hiring portfolios, based in Malaysia.
• Own the process of candidate screening, HR interviews, interview scheduling and offer management.
• Provide timely recruitment updates to hiring managers and ensure compliance with policies, governance and audits.
• Contribute to recruitment projects, career fairs and other Talent Acquisition activities.
