Responsibilities

• Support EE Business via portfolio analytics to maximise customer value using decision modeling and customer analytics.
• Collaborate with product/portfolio management on campaigns, programmes, pre-campaign analyses and performance metrics.
• Identify trends and opportunities from customer analytics, marketing models and campaign results.
• Develop and validate predictive models and analyses across the customer life cycle (segmentation, acquisition, retention, etc).
• Generate regular portfolio reports for senior management and marketing channels.
