United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd invites applications for the AVP, Marketing Analytic Analyst, Emerging Enterprise in Kuala Lumpur. This role focuses on customer data analytics, marketing performance, and predictive insights to maximise value across the customer life cycle.

You will partner with product and portfolio teams, develop analytic models, and generate regular portfolio reports for senior management to guide campaigns and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support EE Business via Business/Portfolio Analytics to realise and maximise customer value through the use of decision modeling and customer analytics
• Work with product / portfolio management to support product and portfolio on initiatives such as- marketing campaigns, product programmes, pre-campaign analyses, performance metrics, etc
• Identify and highlight trends and opportunities for sales and services based on periodic review of customer analytics, marketing models, campaign results and other relevant customer/product information
• Develop, implement and validate predictive models, exploratory data analysis / mining or other analyses across the Customer Life Cycle: market segmentation, acquisition, activation, relationship management, cross-selling, up-selling, retention and winback
• Generate regular portfolio reports for senior management, segment, channel and marketing, etc
