Job summary

CIMB is seeking an experienced Business Analyst (4+ years) with strong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting processes. You will support GF users, drive the 1Finance MIS database implementation, and ensure alignment with GF needs.

You will lead detailed analysis with process leads, translate IT requirements into effective IT solutions, and oversee design, configuration and scope definition. Training and advisory support to GF MIS will be part of the role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Solid knowledge of financial accounting and reporting processes.
• Experience liaising with GF (Group Finance) users.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed analysis of GF process requirements with process leads and users.
• Translate IT requirements into optimum IT solutions for 1Finance.
• Drive projects and enhancements and provide functional advisory for 1Finance.
• Manage high-level and detailed design of 1Finance database.
• Support risk, controls and compliance within GF MIS framework.
• Act as liaison with Group Finance for troubleshooting and issues.
• Train business process owners and end users.
