Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly airports performance reporting.
• Prepare monthly accrual expenses and revenue.
• Prepare sales orders/invoices for airlines (billing).
• Process landing, parking, check-in related items (MAS/MASWings/Non-Schedule).
• Record incoming payments and post to AR register.
• Perform AR credit control and reviews.
• Enter AP and verify invoices.
• Manage cash collection, bank deposits; petty cash custodian.
• Support annual/revised budgets for revenue and expenses; budget compilation and availability.
• Maintain PR/RFQ/PO and post GR (SAP) or back-up NON-SAP processes.
• Support procurement committees and ensure compliance with 3Ps/FLOA; ISO 9001:2000 procurement.
• Conduct stocktakes monthly or year-end and assist management as needed.
