Job summary

HRX Motosport is seeking a friendly, proactive Sales Advisor (Workshop) to be the frontliner of our automotive service centre. You will greet customers, understand vehicle needs, prepare quotes and guide them to suitable service packages while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

You will coordinate with technicians, provide progress updates and drive conversions to meet sales targets, with commissions up to RM4000. A strong customer focus and good communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, automotive or related industry.
Experience in a workshop/service environment is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to explain products and services clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

Attend to walk-in customers, phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries and social media enquiries.
Greet customers and understand their vehicle service or repair needs.
Propose service packages, quotations and repair recommendations to customers.
Follow up on quotations and obtain approvals to increase conversion.
Coordinate with mechanics to understand vehicle issues and job requirements.
Provide customers with updates on inspection, repair progress and completion status.
Promote servicing, maintenance packages and automotive products based on customer needs.
Achieve individual and outlet sales targets.
