Job summary

Mudah.my is hiring a Telesales Executive (Tele Marketer) under Mudah Certified in Kuala Lumpur. You will connect with car buyers and sellers via phone and WhatsApp, build trust, recommend suitable cars, and close fully online. Strong communication, automotive knowledge and lead conversion are essential.

Join a hybrid team, handle inbound and outbound leads, coordinate with dealers and financing partners, and maintain accurate records while upholding privacy and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years telesales experience with proven sales results.
• Persuasion, negotiation and closing skills over phone/WhatsApp.
• Familiar with car market trends, pricing and buyer psychology.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement and conversion for Mudah Certified tele sales.
• Handle inbound leads from Mudah.my, Leadbot and campaigns with follow-up.
• Execute outbound calls to warm leads and present tailored options.
• Understand customer needs and provide qualifying recommendations.
• Build rapport and trust through consultative selling; explain Mudah Certified value.
• Coordinate inspections, test drives and financing with dealers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and outcomes.
• Follow compliance standards and protect customer privacy.
• Escalate dealer misrepresentation or disputes as needed.
