Job summary

Mudah.my is seeking a Telesales Executive (Tele Marketer) to join Malaysia’s leading digital dealer network. You will connect with car buyers and sellers by phone and WhatsApp, build trust, recommend the right cars, and close transactions fully online.

This role requires strong communication and automotive knowledge, with the ability to convert leads through consultative, customer-first selling. Hybrid office arrangement and 9am–6pm work hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in telesales, automotive, property, or field sales with a proven sales record.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills over phone/WhatsApp.
• Familiar with car market trends, pricing, and buyer psychology.
• Tech-savvy with CRM systems and WhatsApp Business.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads from Mudah.my, Leadbot, and campaigns with immediate and consistent follow-up.
• Execute outbound calls to warm leads.
• Understand customer needs (budget, model, financing) and provide tailored recommendations.
• Build rapport through consultative, customer-first selling.
• Schedule inspections, test drives, and dealer appointments via WhatsApp; coordinate with dealers and financing partners.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of leads, calls, and outcomes.
• Follow Mudah’s telesales compliance standards and protect customer privacy.
