Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Experience in automotive, technical support, troubleshooting, or workshop operations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and technical problem-solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with good reporting skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours/shifts when required.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical background are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and maintain the Technical Development at a healthy level.
• Plan and carry out technical support to customers.
• Assist to lead a team of technical staff in performing day to day technical support.
• Handle jobs assigned by superior from time to time.
