is seeking a proactive Sales Supervisor to lead our Sales Team in Kuching, Malaysia, driving sales performance and coordinating daily automotive sales operations. You will supervise, coach, and motivate Sales Advisors to achieve individual and team targets, monitor pipelines, prepare reports for Management, and coordinate campaigns, showroom activities, and vehicle readiness with other departments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, sales, marketing, management, or engineering.
• 3–5 years of automotive sales or dealership operations experience.
• Experience supervising or coordinating a sales team.
• Knowledge of vehicle specifications and features.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Organised and proactive with target-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and motivate Sales Advisors to reach targets.
• Monitor sales performance, customer follow-ups, and pipelines; report to management.
• Coordinate sales campaigns, promotions, roadshows, and showroom activities.
• Collaborate with departments on vehicle readiness, documentation, and delivery.
• Assist customer inquiries and resolve sales-related issues per procedures.

Education

Bachelor's / Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, Management or Engineering
