Job summary

Carsome Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Adviser in Penang, Malaysia to work in a high-energy environment. You will attend to walk-in and online inquiries, leverage Carsome inventory to match customer needs, guide customers through the sale process, and facilitate financing applications.

You will also complete records and host live product demos to drive showroom traffic. The role emphasizes customer focus, good listening, and self-motivation, with training provided to succeed in a competitive retail

Your Day-to-Day

Able to work in a high energy sales environment where you will work as a team to meet goals.

Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry.

Use your knowledge of CARSOME inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.

Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.

Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.

Hosting engaging live product demonstrations and Q&A session sand drive virtual showroom traffic.

Selling and sourcing high quality used car to expand our inventory and achieve team sales target.

Your Know-How

Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, hospitality, airline industry is preferred.

Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.

High level of self-motivation.

Training will be provided.
