Job summary

Carsome Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a dynamic sales-focused professional to join our team. You will work in a high-energy environment, attending to walk-in and website inquiries, using Carsome inventory knowledge to find vehicles that meet customer needs, and guiding them from appraisal to test drive and financing.

You will also manage documentation for smooth transactions, host live product demonstrations, and actively source high-quality used cars to expand our inventory and hit team targets.

Your Day-to-Day

Able to work in a high energy sales environment where you will work as a team to meet goals.

Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry.

Use your knowledge of CARSOME inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.

Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.

Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.

Hosting engaging live product demonstrations and Q&A session sand drive virtual showroom traffic.

Selling and sourcing high quality used car to expand our inventory and achieve team sales target.

Your Know-How

Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, hospitality, airline industry is preferred.

Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.

High level of self-motivation.

Training will be provided.
