Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- 1–2 years in automotive product development or project management.
- Knowledge of ISO/IATF 16949 or equivalent quality systems.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, budgets and resources to ensure on-time delivery of new products.
- Monitor and report overall development progress across stages.
- Prepare technical documentation including design specifications and process plans.
- Support process optimization to improve product quality and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with automotive standards and regulatory requirements.
- Study drawings/specifications and coordinate testing with technical partners.
