Job summary

GOH BROTHERS MOTOR (GB) SDN. BHD. Kulim invites applications for a Customer Relations Executive (Proton e.MAS Kulim). You will handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly, and follow up on vehicle repair progress and delivery schedules.

You will work with the Service Advisor and other departments to ensure a positive customer experience, conduct satisfaction surveys, and prepare feedback reports to drive service improvements.

Qualifications

• At least Diploma or higher in Automotive, Business Administration or related field.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in customer service or customer relations.
• Experience in the automotive industry is an added advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Computer literate and familiar with basic MS Office.
• Customer-oriented, responsible and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Follow up with customers on vehicle repair progress, service quality, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and follow up on feedback to improve service quality.
• Coordinate with the Service Advisor, Workshop, and other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Monitor customer complaints and ensure timely resolution and proper documentation.
• Contact customers after vehicle delivery to obtain feedback and assess satisfaction levels.
• Prepare customer feedback reports and perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
