Job summary

GOH BROTHERS MOTOR (DIDI) SDN. BHD is seeking a proactive Service Advisor to greet customers, assess vehicle issues, and provide clear maintenance guidance.

The role focuses on accurate estimates, coordinating service with technicians, and keeping customers updated on progress. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in an automotive customer-facing role, strong communication skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical, Business, or related fields.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Sound technical knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
• Proficient in computer skills, including the use of automotive software and systems.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle issues or service needs.
• Conducting vehicle inspections and listening to customer descriptions of problems.
• Providing cost estimates for repairs or maintenance services.
